Planning a special gathering? When you book all six suites at The Evers House, you and your guests can enjoy the charm of having the
entire property to yourselves—perfect for weddings, retreats, reunions, or milestone celebrations.
Room Block
To reserve a room block, all 6 units must be booked.
A nonrefundable $500 deposit is required to secure the block and will be applied toward the room of your choice.
Any rooms not booked 45 days prior to the reservation date will be released to the public.
The set rate for full property booking is $300 per unit, per night.
Two night minimum required.
Group Lodging pricing is specifically for room blocks of the full property and reflects the coordination and management required for group reservations. While our website's pricing may sometimes appear different, ‘Group Lodging’ provides dedicated group management and our team's assistance in coordinating additional amenities and activities for your group's experience.
